Massaging is much more than just rubbing someone’s body. Niko was very aware of the anatomy and energy of the body & could feel where my tenderness and sore spots were. Very professional & A1 quality!

Niko has been a master at working intuitively with my body to create more ease, flexibility and strength, especially in those areas that are painful, tight and less mobile. After Niko worked on my psoas muscles, I was able to maintain balance and stability in yoga poses that have been difficult for me for years. Niko has a very gentle and compassionate manner and is a great listener. Working with Niko will be a game changer for your body!
Went in a little skeptical but tried to have an open mind. Niko’s massage was different than any I’d ever had. When he started massaging the organs in my abdominal area, I was overwhelmed with emotions at least 3 different times. This was completely unexpected and it happened suddenly. I am a believer now. If you think letting go of stored negative emotions is something you can benefit from, head on down to Lake Forest and get a session in. I highly recommend it!
Chi Nei Tsang is an amazing abdominal massage. I went to other massage places and I tell the therapist where I'm sore and after the session, it's like nothing got fixed. Niko is not like some therapist that for an hour they do 15min here and there then times up. With Niko, he listens and focuses on the problem area more.
