I called on a Sunday thinking i would hear back a day or two later but I got a return call that same day and Kevin was over at my house the very next day. I have a really old couch that needed cleaned badly. He took his time and made sure to really do a good job. He informed me there was a bit of mold on it and he treated it with an antimicrobial agent to kill the spores. He left things exactly as they were before he started and my old couch smells amazing.
