Justin's customer service was excellent. Great care was taken when it came to walking across the floors with shoe covers. My carpets were clean and smelling fresh. He got all the pet hair ( I didn't know was there) and stains removed and called a few days later to make sure we were happy with our floors. He definitely gave 5 star service!
