I was told my insurance would cover the cost. I even asked if my insurance would cover the shoes and was told yes. When I got there I was asked to complete a form saying I would pay if insurance doesn’t cover. They want you to write your credit card number, expiration and CVC on the form so they can bill you later. When I said I was not comfortable giving that information without a bill, I was asked to prepay $400. Do not believe them when they say insurance covers everything. It is a tactic they use to get you in the door.
