Today was a truly special day for our family. My aunt was blessed to receive her prosthetic, and we are beyond grateful for the incredible care and dedication shown by Moses Vargas and the entire team at New Life Brace and Limb. Very good experience Mark Kirchner (CPO) for fitting my husband Marc with AFO braces and explaining the process on how they will be utilized for helping with his condition CIDP and helping with foot drop....thank you Mark!!
Rude and unprofessional. The order took longer than expected on their end. My son is now unavailable to come in for the fitting and they are unable to make accommodations per the ordering doctor's request. The young lady who called to tell me this was short with me and made it seem like the inconvenience was of my doing. I am will not conduct business with them in the future, nor will I refer anyone to this establishment.
