I want to start by saying that the staff I worked with at the Cypress location was kind and professional. However, I am giving this experience three stars due to the amount of time wasted and the inconvenience caused. I had to take my child out of school early for the appointment, only to be informed two days later that our insurance was not accepted and that the service would need to be paid out of pocket. Dr. Trevor and staff are amazing! They been so helpful with my husband Alex and his new prosthetic! They quickly became family! They’ve kept us with us step by step and we couldn’t ask for a better support system!
Trevor LeMaster is WONDERFUL. He was kind and patient with my 9 year old son as we navigated using night splints and now daytime AFOs. Kids can be embarrassed by having to wear leg brace and Trevor made our son feel soooo good about it. Highly recommend this office. The front desk is knowledgeable and helpful with payments when insurance doesn’t cover items as with our case. Highly recommend New Life and super grateful for their care of my son!
