Ordered and got fitted for diabetic shoes and inserts. Was told 4-6 weeks, waited until 8 weeks to check on my order. Was then told they needed more paperwork and the order hadn't been submitted yet. Sent the paperwork and was told 4-6 more weeks. This is not the only issue I've had, just the biggest one.

Losing a leg changes everything—it’s one of the toughest challenges I have ever faced. Every day comes with obstacles both physically and mentally but you learn to keep pushing forward because life doesn’t stop. It’s not easy but with the right support you can find your strength again.Ryan.. as my prosthetist has been really helpful and Trevor has also been a pillar of support in helping me be my best. Thanks to New Life Brace and Limb I’ve been given a chance to feel some sense of normal again.

I was so impressed with the expert knowledge and care from the staff at NLB&L in the Woodlands. Chris, the administrator helped with our appointments and some flexibility we needed with our timing and couldn't have been nicer.
