What to thank the staff my experience was fantastic. I have done many other diets with great weight loss but always gained it back once the diet was done. With this program it set you up for a future plan on how to eat, what to eat and how much you should be eating. I have been off the program for a while now and continue to lose weight. I am currently down 97.7 lbs and feel great.

I started Sept 21 2015 and here it is March 2016 6 months and I lost 60 pounds from a size 14 down to a size 2!!!! Was very easy to follow and do. I have no time to work out and had no craving or hunger pains. I have way more energy too! I am going on maintaining for 4 weeks then onto long term planning. You can still eat out just follow the plan and use common sense and ask... Most places will serve you exactly how you ask for it. This is a very friendly and easy diet to follow-it's amazing and I feel amazing.
I was skeptical when I started the program, but the weight came off quick and I felt great. Then the weight kept dropping at the end I was down 37.5#. And it wasn't hard at all. I still want to dump another 15# but I'm well on my way with the maintenance and a bit of gym work. The staff is awsome...thanks for all your help and support.

This is great!!! But you also need to do your part, so many people do it and think they can cheat and still lose weight you cannot cheat!!!!
