This was my first time trying a head spa treatment. It consisted of a hair wash, massage, and blow dry (I have curly hair so it was nice to leave with straight hair). The massage component is amazing. The hair wash incorporated had such a wonderful smell. There was essential oil used and it reminded me of a honey scent.

I’ve booked 9 appointments here, and 3 times I was told to wait over an hour even though my appointment was already confirmed. What’s frustrating is that I always ask when they’re available first. They give me the time slot. So if you don’t actually have the capacity, why offer that time in the first place? Waiting over an hour for a confirmed appointment — not once, but three times — just shows a lack of respect for clients’ time. Amazing experience! One of the best massages I’ve ever had and very relaxing! The head massage experience is totally worth it- they focus on your neck and shoulders as well.

Had my first head spa experience at this location. The employees were very friendly. It was a very relaxing experience. The beds were also heated which made the experience even more lovely.
