TLDR.. The customer service here is awful. They NEVER pick up their phones or return voicemails, even when something serious is happening to you. Longer version: 1. The first red flag that I ignored was when my doctor was almost 2 hours late to my appointment because she had an emergency c-section in the morning. Absolutely the most unprofessional and horrible doctors office I’ve ever experienced. They gave my pregnant wife wrong information multiple times on medication she was on and anything else we had concerns or questions about. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. She went to another doctor and was treated correctly and much more professionally in the first 5 minutes of being there. I enjoy seeing the Hendricks regional staff here. It's so nice they are closer to home now. We needed more access to women's health here.
newborn babies forced to be in sane waiting area as coughing, sick patients. staff members coughing and gagging everywhere. been waiting in room for doctor for well over an hour while staff laughs and jokes in the hallway. this place is disgusting, unsanitary, and doesn’t care about your time or your baby’s health
