Workers are so disrespectful they kept grabbing my grandma's phone and hanging up not letting her talk to me DON'T EVER GO THERE
Five stars isn't enough for what Kathy Alvarado and New Life Assisted Living have done for my family. The proof is that our loved one's quality of life has clearly improved since moving in—she is happier, healthier, and most importantly, safe. Had my mom here at this facility. Very clean and neat. Staff here are wonderful, very compassionate and loving. Employees treat residents like if they were family.
I am very disappointed on the level of care this place provides to the patients, they are very disrespectful, not sympathetic, I would never send a family member or loved one to this place, If I can give Zero stars I would it was very disappointing to see such a Beautiful facility with disrespectful and cold hearted employees, and also blaming the funeral home and not owning up to there mistakes, I would think and not send anyone to this place
