I will tell you that New Level properties are the best when a problem accrues they are right out to fix it but I haven’t had no issues but one they are right on . The best landlord I had ever had Jousha is the best and my neighbors are great . My apartment is pretty reasonable in pricing . Nice country scenery very quit . Maddison is awesome to . I want to say if you’re looking for a place that’s reasonable and accurate and a company that helps out . I recommend them to everyone . I lived my apartment
The New Level team did an outstanding job installing a new in-house gate and rails for my Mom's access to her basement. She is 85 and safety was our priority. It is not only safe now but absolutely gorgeous. Attention to detail and their custom craftsmanship in her 50+ year home was impressive. I look forward to future projects in my own home with Joshua and his team.
Lived in one the units for 1 1/2 years. The owner is completely rude anytime we needed anything fixed in our unit he would complain. We had to move units do to poor maintenance on the property sewer lines. We had sewer back up into the house and into the ducts. The owners solution was to poor liquid deodorizer into the vents. The stench was so bawe kept complaining to the point were we threatened esgrow to get him to move us. He then moved us next door to unit we had to clean ourselves and was trashed top to bottom and only ... read more
