Recommended by the New Lenox Patch, I called Grant and was able to bring my car in ASAP. Having to keep it an additional day and it being the weekend, Grant had the extra time and worked on it on a Sunday to get the job done sooner. My impression of New Lenox Family Auto in New Lenox is that they are transparent, honest, efficient, and affordable. I will be back if I need any future car maintenance and recommend anyone else who needs to pay a visit.
Grant advised me on the phone which resulted in a free battery since mine was still under warranty when that did not fix the issue and I was stuck on the side of the road Grant came and helped me out..... fixed my car that same day....and was fair in his prices especially when he could have taken advantage of the situation. Grant is reliable, honest and quick everything you are looking for in a mechanic, I would definitely recommend him.
