I couldn't say enough good things about this builder. The building process was so easy and even now, 3+ years later if we have any issue their Warranty Manager - Paul is the best and responds so quickly -- even things that are not related to warranty. Thanks NLH!
Great company great homes
Our experience with New Legacy Homes in Tampa has been excellent. We purchased our home after it was completed, but from the day of closing to today, two years later, they (and specifically Brandon) have been extremely responsive to each concern or question that we have brought to their attention. Their professional and prompt attention to every detail has been unparalleled in our experience with prior builders. We could not be happier with both our home and the service that they have provided us.
