Unprofessional behavior reigns supreme at this mental health facility. The treatment received here was subpar and the need of new ownership and new management is crucial. You cannot turn over a new leaf here.
This was a very disappointing experience. I was told for two weeks that my psychiatry referral was waiting for insurance approval. After calling my insurance myself, I found out no approval was required and the clinic had never even submitted the referral. I needed help, and their lack of follow-through delayed my care. This clinic needs to do a much better job with communication and patient referrals.
Highly recommend this location. All the staff was great, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Staff was very attentive, listen to all your concerns and explain the entire process/options. Recommend to everyone.
Unprofessional, unorganized, makes me not want to seek out help again
I have made 2 appointments with Vanessa already and they both have been canceled! Because of my work Schedule I can’t do Anything before 5pm and they seem to cancel every appointment after 6pm! I have rescheduled TWICE and at this point I definitely know this is not the place for me! Just a fair warning that if you guys have late appointments after 6 PM they will most likely cancel your appointment. I would not recommend this place.
