From all of the places I've been referred to through the VA, this place has helped me the most. I seriously feel like im actually getting the help I need here. I highly recommend this place so much, I have brought my family members here as well to get the help they need. Laura (my counselor) is very friendly and funny and works hard to research my condition to find better ways to help me cope, my other counselors didnt even try. The staff has always welcomed me with a smile and respect.
3 weeks later and I’m still waiting on insurance verification to obtain an appointment. If I’m having issue just getting an appointment imagine being treated here. El Paso we need to do better.
I started my therapy later in life for childhood trauma and I have been seeing Laura for over 1 year 4 times per month. It is the best single thing I could have ever done to improve my mind and my life. I love the center on Pelicano and all the front desk staff . Also the smoothness of the entire organization. I am truly blessed finding you guys.
Really friendly crew, Laura Cepeda is an awesome counselor, place is always fresh and smells great and kids friendly.
