After demo, nobody showed up to do any work for 2 weeks. Only after expressing concern multiple times, workers started trickling in, less than 30 hours of man hours (including the first day of demo with 2 guys @8 hours) spent in the first month. Then came the failed electrical and structural inspections. Electrician claims "the old inspector would have let us do it that way". Would they have wired their own house in this manor? Doubtful.
