I had a first time appt at 12 noon. 50 min later I was handed a clipboard with at least 25 pages to review and sign. People in the waiting room were complaining that the wait was always 3 hrs. It was that long for me. Called to back and the MD seemed nice. He was getting tea for patients. Now that's great but not when you have 3 hr wait times! I felt like I had stepped back into the 90s. The nurse techs at the front desk were very nice. Only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because 0 isn't an option. If you want to get clean make sure you're already clean! Makes absolute no sense to prescribe someone who's already clean, suboxone! Go across the hall and make an appointment ! They will help you. This is not a recovery center.
New Leaf Recovery Center Is amazing. The doctor there is the best I've ever seen and ever since we have confronted my problem he has made sure that I've been taken care of every day. I would highly recommend! Dr. Bansal is caring, sympathetic and just an overall great doctor! I don't know where I'd be without him!
I have been seeing Dr Bansal for for over 10 years for severe back and neck pain. He recently switched me over from Opioids to Suboxone. I was happy when I realized I was getting pain relief without the negative side effects of opioids. Dr Bansal just opened the New Leaf Recovery Center and I will continue to be a patient there.
