This is my 'go to' for a relaxing or therapeutic massage in Annapolis. I always leave there feeling far better than when I arrived. I've sent my family members for gift massages when they are in town. Tara performed a miracle on my sponsor MIDN after his 100 mile run. You will have a quality experience with any of the therapists in this small, very professional practice. Enjoy.
This place is fantastic! I have issues with my rotator cuff so I get regular massages for pain management. It also helps with any stiffness I have from running and regular exercise. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming with soothing music as you are receiving your massage.
I cannot recommend Tara at New Leaf highly enough. I've deal with chronic neck and shoulder tension from desk work, as well as tight hips, and a monthly deep tissue massage with Tara has made a massive difference in my pain level. The studio in Annapolis is clean, calm, and welcoming. The prices are accessible. (And the location is convenient for a post-massage coffee and shop as well.) I have dealt with chronic tightness and knots that are almost untouchable for all of my adult life and it's so rare for me to find a massage therapist that can give a 10/10 great deep tissue massage and I found just that with Michelle! I also really enjoy the staff and vibe of New Leaf. Highly recommend!
Tara Morrin is the best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of being massaged by. She knows the body so well & has a unique ability to find the knots and trouble spots in muscles. And, importantly, she massages hard enough to make a difference! (great deep tissue masseur) - yet knows also when to be gentle. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
