We used New Leaf based on friends recommendations. However, they never call you back, they don't inform you when they are coming to do work (as they said they would), and apparently Joel and his crew have a lot of miscommunication. They tore up the wrong side of our yard and then waited a month and half to fix it (and only came out after we told them we would only be paying them half for the work that they did do). Can't believe they can stay in business this way. Don't bother calling them to fix warrantied items. They will ignore you, won't return a single call.
After installing my sprinkler system and landscaping my yard we have had numerous issues with New leaf not returning phone calls. Our trees were not tied down and our sprinkler will not shut off. We have made many attempts to contact the new leaf crew to come and make repairs and they have not come by nor called back.
