We switched to these people on a recommendation from friends in Richmond, we are in Vancouver west side. Our friends, like us, aswitched from a larger company, and New Leaf do a better job for less money, simple as that. They even responded to an emergency on a Saturday (valve blew on our intake from the city, a lake in our front yard). Friendly and efficient.
