I have one word that summarizes my experience with Kristen, Dewayne and Mike Greene, the word is “PERFECT!” The quality of the home is stunning and the level of customer care was a level beyond the best. I highly recommend New Leaf, they’re superior over other builders!
They built our home 9 years ago. To this day, we find the results of their cost cutting, shoddy work. For example, they didn’’t use pressure treated lumber on our decks. They are rotting and falling apart and have been for a few years. We have sealed them 3 -4 tines.
I would highly rate New Leaf Homes GA. I purchased a spec home in 2020, and found the quality and service to be excellent. If you’ve ever purchased a new construction home, you know that the process is never perfect. No house is perfect but what moved me was the level of confidence that the owners and customer service manager (Jeff) instilled and follow-through during the warranty process.
