We Own a New Leaf Home Maple Plan. Love the construction, beautiful Luxury Desing Homes. Our home has many upgrades. We are.very Happy with our purchase 3 years ago at Blanco Vista Subdivision in San Marcos and no complaints.
We had a very difficult time working with New Leaf from the start. Some of the issues/concerns we have had have been the following: · Lack of communication from sales rep and her supervisor · Multiple phone calls/emails were provided asking questions so decisions can be made and we did not get a response · Incorrect information provided to us from the sales rep in regards to prices for upgrades and what is/not allowed in the subdivision. · Lack of customer service provided from New Leaf employees My wife and I are very famil... read more

BEWARE Buyers AND Real Estate Agents!!! Buyers: prices INCLUDE for you to have an Agent represent you. And you SHOULD have an Agent that represents YOU! Had an on site sales associate for New Leaf tell my Buyers that she could represent THEM! She represents the builder and cannot represent BOTH parties!! They pressure you into signing something and you should have your own representative there before signing ANYTHING!! AGENTS-They will cut you out any chance they get!!!
