I was there for crisis intervention. Everything was going ok until we were warned about person that identified as a "they" would be arriving. Fine good for them no big deal right? 7:00 rolled around and group should have started but 2 staff were overcompensating trying to make they feel accepted playing a game. I had a great experience the first time but when I returned the new young gothic staff had completely taken over. Weird experience. Must be a very Christian community. When I think "healing center" I think Buddhist or nonsecular but there was definitely some church there. The staff also had their young children there which I didn't feel appropriate. I was in a mental health crisis but there wasn't much healing going on unfortunately. One of the staff did help me with some melaleuca soap and we spoke about the chakras and she... read more

New leaf is a great place to get help with your mental health if needed. The staff are professional and very helpful, the groups are great too!
