Great hours (Open 24 hours a day. I think that's every hour of the day yippee!) The dog is awesome and there's good equipment.

If you have to wait around for the owner to show up during their odd hours of their business , just to get a membership then there is something wrong!

This 24 hour facility is a huge asset to Noble! The owners/staff are friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of cardio and weight machines as well as free weights. Whatever your fitness style is, you have what you need to be successful here.

This gym is awful. First they do not do any preventative maintenance on the machines. They break regularly. The gym itself is absolutely filthy. Years of sut on the top of the spiral duct for the air conditioning. Hair all over the floor and dut bunnies that you wouldn't believe. The owner just sits at his computer when he is there and does nothing. They have a personal trainer( owners girlfriend) who last I checked is not certified to be a personal trainer.
