Everything about this company was top notch!! While in the process of selling my house I received from the inspection report the need to resolve some water intrusion issues in the crawlspace. I called a few companies to get bids. Not only was New Leaf the most professional and friendly, but they were also by far the least expensive- 1/3 the cost of the closest competitor. Cory and his team at New Leaf were amazing. I received three quotes to resolve the water issues in our crawlspace. Lew Leaf's bid came in between the other two, but the estimate was quite a bit more detailed, offered more work for the price, identified mold the others hadn't and had mold remediation built into the quote. The bid was less than 50 % of what others suggested---documented with photos before and after. Crew was on time, very careful about any debris and were easy to have around. Final cost was even less than estimate!! Very pleased
I give New Leaf crawlspace solutions five stars because this group is on point, on time, attentive, communicative, best price I found for the services I needed. Let me know their progress cleaned up every night and left the workspace and a clean condition after the job was completed. I appreciated their services their price or quality of work and their crew. I would definitely recommend hiring them.
