These guys did an AWESOME job! Suggested by my Realtor, Kyle Conway, New Leaf gave me the best rates and responded to my questions about the quote. The other guys I received quotes from did not respond to my questions when trying to get an apples-to-apples quote. The workers were quick, responsive to questions, polite, taped a plastic pathway, and cleaned up their mess as well. One guy even showed our husky some love with a belly rub! I’ve worked closely with Jordan throughout the process and I’m incredibly grateful for his assistance with every question and concern.
Jordan, the owner set the tone explaining the improvements to be made and guaranteed his work. My agent inspected the job relaying the crew went over and above expectations. I will see crawl space improvements tomorrow. The photos look amazing! While only minor treatment was necessary its a first class job! I highly recommend Jordan and New Leaf. We went through 3 contractors for bid and Newleaf was clearly the winner. Our crawl space has been a continual battle ever since we purchased the house. With hip replacement I am no longer able to get under the house. The crew of Angel, Gabe, and Mateo were outstanding. Get them if you can. Antonio was here for one day too. These guys rocks. I sleep much better at night knowing I will never have to worry about water again. Thanks guys!
