Melissa is truly one of the most compassionate and caring professional I know. She is a good listener and always able to provide insight to your specific struggles and concerns. One thing I really appreciate is she gives you actionable tasks/suggestions to help you work through your current situation. For me that is helpful to provide ideas on how to resolve problems. She is the best and so articulate in expressing herself.
