An unexpected customer experience. Went for 2 tires ,left with 3! Very affordable . Just as quick and as capable. This shop took me in late in the day and stayed past thier closing time to see me back safely on the road. Highly recommended!! Beyond satisfied!!!
This tire shop is very expensive. to deal with. I was in a Bind so I had to go through with spending the money. had I had a extra spare. I would not have stayed there. But my spare was on my car. and I didn't want to take a chance. but if you don't have to take a chance? don't go here. it's very expensive. And not worth the money. They charge to do your tire repairs!!!! P.S. The shop was not busy! and that worried me. and I know why now. After having to spend too much money to this expensive shop.
By far the best tire shop that I have ever been to. Just a basic old school tire shop which is great, because they don't have to mark up there product in order to pay for a fancy building so the customer saves. Extremely down to earth people who are just making an honest living and not taking advantage of the customers. I got in a situation where I needed 2 tires immediately and saw they had them, but after talking to them, I realized I goofed up with the size. Needed a tire quick today. They had no problem letting me drop off the tire and ensuring it would get done between jobs. Got me a tire with similar/newish tread and made a day a lot easier! Much appreciated!
I've been going to Jay for many many years. Excellent customer service. Always makes sure i only get the best! Thank you for always being my go to tire shop for the last 20 years!!! As a woman, i feel places try to take advantage but Jay has always been honest and up front. That is what i call amazing customer service! All the times i have gotten tires, they have been great! Thank you Jay and family at the best tire shop around!
