I purchased a $150 bracelet here with my mom, but it was too tight. I called them same day and they said come tomorrow When I returned the next day, the owner refused to exchange it, saying it was a final sale—something I wasn’t informed of at purchase. Despite my mom's discomfort and her age making it harder to judge the fit, the owner showed no empathy and was more focused on his sale than customer care. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this store.
