Had fiber optic internet put in today. Service tech was exceptional! If their service is as good as this going forward, I will be a long time customer.

Been a Spectrum customer for many years. But lately we’ve been experiencing many outages and disruptions. And our price was about go up quite a bit…again. So we’re trying NKTelco. The installation was smooth and easy and Griffon and Max were quick and thorough. Both were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. So far we love the product and it is faster. No complaints! Speed is better and picture and sound is clearer as well. Impressive and very pleased
