I called Tuesday evening. ESPN no picture and pixilating. No response from NKTELCO. Same issues again this evening. Also happening on MLB Network. And other channels. Called to report. After hours employee said I would have to pay to get the issues fixed. She had no idea what she was talking about. Definitely was not a NKTELCO employee. After I hung up on her I received a call from an NKTELCO employee who apologized for the non-customer service person. Within 15 minutes a tech named Tyler was at me house. I lost internet connection on the weekend due to the kids messing around and pushing the wrong buttons. Nick G. came out on a Sunday within an hour of my call and not only fixed the situation but showed the kids what each device was for. He was kind and professional. I would highly recommend NKTELCO.
