Had a great experience with the NK Telco fiber optic installation today. Installation went smoothly with absolutely no issues. Noticed an immediate improvement in speed vs. previous coax cable setup (both systems running at 500 MB). Tyler Applegate (communications technician) was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended NK Telco if you are in the market for a high speed fiber optic solution.
We were fortunate to have Grifon Miller as our tech. What a great worker and even better person! He was so friendly. knowledgable, and professional. We are so happy we made the call to change our service. We are so happy with the speed. Thanks Grifon for 'hooking us up' and on such a hot, dry day to work outside. You are tops!!
