We’ve had issue after issue and most times, we’ve had to wait weeks or months for a resolution. Internet is slow, goes in and out and their customer service is sub-par at best. I was on the phone with them earlier today and expressed my disappointment with their service and stated I rely on internet to do my job, as I work from home and the customer service rep had no response.
