Matt Everage was great to work with, was extremely knowledgeable, and had a quick installation. Everything was a seamless install and am glad to have switched to NKTelco
What a great experience switching from Spectrum to NKTelco fiber optic service. Andrea answered all my questions prior to installation. She scheduled me with Matt for the install. Matt was on time and surveyed my house for the best possible setup. Other service members showed up to help. A professional job well done.
Griffin (sp), arrived early and worked diligently to accomplish the hook-up for our Wi-Fi. When completed, he thoroughly explained the benefits of the service. With one in the household who works remotely, speed and reliability are essential so that I expect to occur as we begin using the service. Currently, quite pleased.
