Update 9/23/25 - Paul identified a bad water pump in our Jeep, ran diagnostics thoroughly and replaced the pump. Within a few weeks there was a coolant leak, and I brought it back to New Kings Tire and Auto. Paul again ran thorough tests and diagnosed the replacement pump as defective. He swiftly replaced the pump with no issue. Once again New Kings Tire and Auto came through with stellar service. Five stars yet again. Update 7/25/25 - Got our vehicles fixed up swiftly yet again. Update 8/5/22 - Came here with a tire slowly losing pressure, and BJs and Costco both unable to identify the issue. Brought it to New Kings Tire and Auto Repair and they immediately located an object in the tire which punctured it, causing the problem. $15 and twenty minutes later the tire was patched and I was back on the road. I had a slow leak in my rear left tire. They plug my tire and I was on my way in 15 mins. Excellent service I highly recommend this shop.
great customer service just got car of marketplace and found out front end was messed up cv axels and the rake yes that on me but the guys here gave me a price i couldn't turn down and fixed it all in 1 day this is going be my place i bring any issues i have with cars from now on "car drives brand new" thanks again
