Nurses will overstep and try to make you pay for lab tests that they aren’t even able to run. They also breach HIPAA by discussing patient’s protected information in the public waiting room. I’ve never felt so dismissed and disrespected by a medical office. I reached out to New Kingdom with a straightforward, clinically appropriate request and was met with attitude and zero compassion. I was excited about New kingdom Health Care (Albertville) because I heard from other families they are a judgment free zone no matter what you choose for your child. The first appointment I went to, I felt really judged and like a bad parent because of the way the Doctor made me feel with the choices I made, she was very pushy about certain things and told me to do more research on things even tho I already stated I did my research and that is why I made this choice. I have taken my kids to New Kingdom for years. This location just isn’t up to par. VERY RUDE older lady receptionist makes me never want to call. I’m not joking, I cried after I called last. I’m switching my doctor to a better location thanks to that woman in general. The nurses and doctors here also just don’t seem to care as much as the Eden Prairie location.
