This clinic looked & felt dirty. It was not a sterile environment by any means. The room I was in was not clean at all. Plastic sink unit, a sink that was out of order, garbage container open, above the door was a hanging taped on meter of some sort, one of the chairs was ripped, another chair was old and visibly worn out, they had a felt chair rail on the wall the patient table had one wrinkled paper liner, drape hooks mounted with nothing on them, bent mini blinds. We brought our newborn to New Kingdom (Albertville) for his very first appointment and had the worst experience. We saw James Martineau - he was very unprofessional and unfriendly/unapproachable the entire time and made multiple comments that were rude and quite frankly, red flags. We had our 2 year old with us in this appointment - when our newborn was getting his heart listened to by James, he was crying. Our 2 year old was concerned about his baby brother crying. Our entire family receives care at New Kingdom Healthcare, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for, not just as patients, but as people. My children see Dr. Webber, who is absolutely wonderful with them. He is patient, kind, and takes the time to make sure they feel comfortable and understood at every visit. I was so excited to stumble across this clinic when searching for a pediatric provider that would be patient and understanding when it came to the sensitive situation a new patient would be in. This place Prides itself on being a judgement free/ ego free clinic but that’s the opposite of the vibe I got when calling to make an appointment. Bummer.
