Would not recommend, unclear guidance, and access to information
Something needs to change with their scheduling department because I do not understand why they’re telling people to show up 15 minutes before they’re scheduled appointment but EVERY TIME I’m sitting there waiting for 30 to 45 minutes just to see the doctor in a tiny room. Why are we scheduling so many people so close together if the doctor cannot handle it?? I mean, I would seriously be able to see a doctor faster in urgent care. Our family has been under the care of James Martineau for nearly three years. We have never experienced such a high standard of medical attention from a healthcare provider before! James demonstrates genuine concern for his patients. I value his commitment to addressing the underlying causes of health issues rather than solely treating symptoms. Additionally, his witty and down-to-earth personality creates a comfortable environment for my children.
Callie lacks empathy and curiosity toward her patients, and she certainly doesn’t bring the “judgment free” energy that New Kingdom is known for. If you have neurodivergence in your family or children that are prepubescent (or just a teenager for that matter), I would not go to her. Her passive-aggressive bullying was wildly inappropriate.
