Our entire family receives care at New Kingdom Healthcare, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and cared for, not just as patients, but as people. I was so excited to stumble across this clinic when searching for a pediatric provider that would be patient and understanding when it came to the sensitive situation a new patient would be in. This place Prides itself on being a judgement free/ ego free clinic but that’s the opposite of the vibe I got when calling to make an appointment. Bummer.

Something needs to change with their scheduling department because I do not understand why they’re telling people to show up 15 minutes before they’re scheduled appointment but EVERY TIME I’m sitting there waiting for 30 to 45 minutes just to see the doctor in a tiny room. Why are we scheduling so many people so close together if the doctor cannot handle it?? I mean, I would seriously be able to see a doctor faster in urgent care.
