Very efficient, and friendly. They have technology that avoids the need to dilate your eyes. Everything that was done was explained very clearly. Thankful New Kent has a great optometrist! 10/10
Staff was outstanding. Made you feel welcomed. Was the most thorough eye exam I have had. I will definitely recommend to others.
I found New Kent Eye when I moved here 2 1/2 years ago when I had an eye emergency. I called them and they didn't hesitate for 1 second before they said come in right now and let us check you. They only asked my name. I got there, was examined and luckily it was not a serious problem. I have been with them ever since. If they give such care and concern to a "non" patient than I wanted to see people like them!!! They are GREAT! Professional yet somehow feels like seeing an old friend.
