It has been the Best thing I have ever done for myself. The program is amazing and it WORKS!!!! Dina and Suzanne are both amazing - they help tremendously. I am no longer diabetic and thats a real bonus.
I love the New Journey plan it has really made a difference for me. Now down 16 pounds and still going. If I left like I was at a stand still the girls changed up the plan and got me losing again. I like this because you are eating real food and following the program I'm not hungry hand if I do get that 3 o'clock needing something I just have one of their bars and I'm fully satisfied. Great program with great coaches to keep you on track!
The one on one contact keeps me in focus on my weight loss and provides me with support for the journey.
The program has been really helpful. It's a fairly painless way to lose weight provided you have the motivation.
This is the best weight loss program as you eat real food and not prepackaged. I have been going for a long time as I love the girls. They really help especially as I am a stress eater.
