New Journey MMA has been a wonderful experience for my daughter. She is in an environment that instills structure, respect, encouragement, confidence, and discipline. Mr. Jones, Miss Jones, and Sir Mitch provide classes that reinforce the techniques they have learned as well as build new skills. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive family friendly school!
I absolutely love this school. It's structured, organized, safe and fun!!! The instructors are top notched. They give each student attention but allow them to learn under fire. They rotate different skillsets throughout the year. I have two of my children (11yo and 6yo) in the school. Ms. Jones and Sir Mitch are great with the youth. The adult classes are awesome as well. Cool family spot, coach is very energetic and cares about growth of the athletes
My daughter earned her black belt under Mr Jones, and she and I continue to train at NJMMA. She’s old enough now that we take a lot of the classes together, which is a great bonding experience for us. Training at NJMMA is one of best things you can do for your kids and yourself. The health benefits, confidence, and practical self defense training are investments that are well worth it. And it’s fun! I highly recommend NJMMA for everyone regardless of age or current fitness level.
