Just had a heater that was installed back in 2009 break. Likely the thermal coupler since the pilot was not staying lit after turning it on or some sort of gas flow issue. Joe and Julian came out to check it out and just by looking at the heater advised that since this is an old unit, a replacement would be needed. Since the labor costs and the lead time + cost for parts was not worth it in comparison to installing a new unit, I agreed with them on that as it made sense and told them we would install the new one. This company is truly the best out there extremely fast on time service the guys who came out were professional and did a great job on the installation of my new hot water heater 10/10 stars you should definitely use these guys !!!!
