First the good. Scheduling was a breeze and the front office staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager was also very nice and professional. However, the inspector was a bit cocky and dismissive as I did the walk through. If you're going here, pay attention to the markings they put down for the overall condition of your car. I didn't argue with the inspector on any of the specific damages he marked down. I shipped my car for an overseas PCS. This place is top-notch! Staff and facilities were great. Highly recommend the fast pass option, I was there for a total of 38 minutes.
I got there early to pick up my car from storage, and they helped me early. Must have been a slow day, but I got excellent service from this group for folks. In and out in probably 30 minutes and that included me looking over my car thoroughly.
