Honestly surprised at the reviews stating Martin was friendly because Martin was rude and condescending to us as soon as we walked in. Although the gentleman who did our inspection was very kind, did not get his name. Martin made a huge deal about our modified orders and turned us away. (Orders changed from september to july) I had mentioned i took the day off of work unpaid and we had just drove 4 hours here. Everyone was super polite. The facility is kept clean. There are snacks for families and drinks, including a Keurig machine for coffee.
This was the best experience ever. The staff helped us out so much. Katherine and her staff were SOOOOOO helpful. If I could leave 10 stars I would.
Easy, quick and thorough process. Dropped my car off for shipment overseas. I was an hour early for my appointment but they were able to get me in early. Was in and out in 40 minutes. Staff was very helpful and kind throughout!
