I was admitted to virtua Voorhees with a 5 mm stone, er was awesome and 2 drs from this practice came and spoke with me , I also explained that I have interstitial cystitis and any procedures they were planning need to be ran by me first so I can assess if I want to go through with, so I saw them Tuesday am in the ER and no one ever came back to speak to me! My husband had terrible experience with this Practice and will never go back
I just seen my doctor, Dr Keeler days before he retired. At that visit we discussed how I was very dissatisfied With the staff support for yrs and the only reason that I was there is because of him. I Told him I WILL NOT be using SUMMIT OR ANYONE from his office again. He understood and wrote that in his final summery, along with a prescription of Sildenafil tab 100mg 3 refills. Doctors are great but thats about it. The administration fails at ever level. I recently had a prostate biopsy and prior to the procedure I enquired with several of the staff if the referral I had was going to cover this procedure, of course they said yes! That was until I received a bill from Summit for approximately $8600.00 because my insurance, Horizon Blue Cross, wouldn't cover it. And the sad thing is, this isn't the first time.
