I wouldn't give any star rating if I could. Brought my 82 year old grandfather in on Tuesday for a scheduled catheter removal, which they told us once we got there, it couldn't be done because the appointment was made for too late in the day. Complaint 1: Your medical assistant, responsible for scheduling the appointment, ought to have been well-versed in your office's policies and procedures concerning catheter removal scheduling. Very poor communication from this office. The staff is quick to collect the copay, but the patient experience is consistently frustrating. • Wait Times: The first visit, we waited over 2 hours in the main hall before seeing the doctor. The second visit, we were left in the exam room for 1.5 hours. On the third visit, we waited again for over an hour in the exam room. • Lack of Communication: They scheduled an appointment for a test without explaining why, and it turned out to be the same test we had already completed just on... read more
The absolute worse.
Summit Health, Rt 70, Cherry Hill. Worst communications we have ever experienced with a medical facility. Zero stars. Leave messages for the scheduler and no one returns the call. Leave phone and my chart messages for the doctor and no one calls back. Even spoke with someone at the front desk and they said they would put an emergency message in for the doctor...one week later and, you guessed it, no one has called.
They really treat my father well, so much that I am now a patient.
