The staff is rude ignorant. They love to talk back to you and insult you. They have no respect for the patient.
Doctor Wargo can''t read. If you value your life, choose another doctor. In fact, another practice. Not sure how they still are able to practice with all the complaints. They can't keep staff. Patients have so many complaints about their care or lack of. Their billing is unusual-they bill for procedures not even performed. The reason for the extensive wait time is because they schedule 3-5 patients for the same doctor every 15 minutes. This place continues to digress. Exam room dirty, smells like urine. It's evident that the merger(s) have really hurt the quality of building and staffing.
Extremely rude receptionist at front desk. Elderly people(hardly able to walk, let alone neatly write their name to sign in) were treated as if they were incompetent. Not friendly at all and made many elderly patients in the waiting room uncomfortable and upset. The doctors are great, however, the front desk staff is very rude.
