My husband had Dr. Arvind Srinivasan for emergency kidney stone surgery. We went today for his follow-up. Dr. Srinivasan was amazing! He checked in on my husband a few times while in post-op. Today, he was so down to earth. And loved to teach. He allowed me to watch the entire procedure of removing the stents!! The nurse was just as great. Sad I forgot her name. She explained the entire procedure before the doctor came in.
Dr. Srinivasan is an excellent surgeon. His bedside manner is wonderful and has a geat personality which makes him easy to talk too. He will answer all of your questions and reply with kindness and patience. His after care was also outstanding! I recommend this great doctor to anyone !
I cannot stand how long it takes for someone to come on the line!!! I have given up, when I want to communicate with the office, I drive over there and go in!! My mother is a 92 year old patient, we will not be returning
They don't honor their appointments, they have no phone number that you can speak to them directly, they don't follow up with you after you have tests run, apparently it's up to the patient to ask for the results. Unfortunately the best doctor retired and it's been downhill ever since. Front desk staff is unprofessional and there is basically no communication with the patients, runs like a convenience store, not a health care provider.
Not notified of follow up appointment, despite stating they would text me! I scheduled an appointment before I left the office, and have not heard from you!
