they do not answer the phone! unprofessional
waited 3 and a half hours for an appointment i scheduled a month or so in advance. waiting room was at capacity with people standing in the hallway (they are elderly). they also send out your urine to multiple other doctors and charge you for it so be careful of you think you’ll only get one bill from this office. whoever answers the phone for the scheduling was also unprofessional and gave me an attitude when asking to cancel an appointment.
No one answers the phones or calls back. Or if by some miracle they do answer, they transfer me over to an answering machine. Disgusting
Dr. Martin Goldstein is exceptional! His outstanding communication skills and warm demeanor make every visit a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. I always leave feeling well-cared for and reassured.
This place is an assembly line. Tons of staff all very nice but the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Waiting rooms are small and crowded with long wait times. Dr.s are overworked running from office to office, hospital to hospital, then surgical suites for procedures.... Average time with a doctor is 3 minutes before they rush out of the room.
