I visited this office because of kidney stones. My stones were treated but the procedure not successful. My pain escalated over a period of a week. The office ordered imaging which I had done prior to my visit. On the day of my follow-up appointment the office calls me an hour before my appointment to say they did not have my images. Horrible horrible horrible establishment. The lady named Diane was very rude and unprofessional. She should not be allowed to answer phones although it should not be that complicated. They rescheduled my husband’s appointment twice but he was never even notified of the first reschedule. His MRI appointment was canceled because this office never sent the authorization that has been pending for over a month, causing him to lose out on his day off. Do not go here. I hung in for a number of years because I did like 2 doctors (who have recently left) and because they knew my history, I endured. They back office administration is simply poor in delivering professionalism and following through in any type of process. They will have you chasing your tail and are not not knowledgeable in the operations of their own company and they shuffle you around doctors who fail to read charts and provide vastly different assessments and prescriptions for their patient's care.
