NJ Urology is the perfect example of what’s wrong with fee-for-service healthcare: too quick to go to the surgical option and charge you and your insurance company with everything possible. And then, when things don’t go right and the procedure needs to be reversed, they get to charge everything a second time. I even had to tell Dr. Williams to report the adverse event to the implant manufacturer - he didn’t know that was a thing. This office by far is the best run doctors office I have ever seen. The results of my tests with Dr. Williams at 8:30 am were in my GP hands by 11:30am the same day. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. The staff was very efficient and all tests and follow ups were done exactly on time. Dr. Williams was extremely patient and answered all questions and he really knew his stuff. I recommend this office to anyone who wants to deal with professionals that are on-time, efficient and knowledgeable.
