The office staff is horrible don’t get back to you even if it’s an urgent matter does not care for your health. All summit health facilities treatment very poorly!
The office staff is horrible don’t get back to you even if it’s an urgent matter does not care for your health. All summit health facilities treatment very poorly!
I have dealt with this group for at least 6 years and although I am happy with the doctors, the front desk staff have dropped the ball too many times. When you call the office for an urgent appt and are told that you have a scheduled appt in 1 month and then offered an appt in 8 days, that is unacceptable. More focus need to be trained on how to triage phone calls, especially when working in a medical office.
This office and it's personnel were doing business as Premier Urology until they merged with New Jersey Urology. Their facility is very nice with polite and efficient staff. I am a parent of Doctor Fiske, and i Am very happy with his service.
