Dr Sherman is amazing!
Dr. Patel is amazing and I can always count on Aneri!! Lauren and Michaela are both super sweet and I look forward to seeing them. Lilly, the other medical assistant though is downright nasty. It's to the point that I have started going to the Old Bridge office to avoid her. If you need paperwork completed do not depend of that woman lilly to get it to the doctor or respond to you in time. This office is a nightmare. You have an appointment, but they run over 1 hour behind. They literally take you from the waiting room to sit in the hallway while you continue to wait for a room. The staff is unfriendly, no one says anything and no one looks busy. What a complete joke of a facility, they should be embarrassed. It doesn't even feel clean here.
I've been a patient of about 2 years and Dr. Patel and Aneri are both great and I wish I could keep seeing them but their MA or their nurse lilly is just terrible. even when you think your patients cannot hear you, we can. talking smack about your patients and using derogatory and racists terms is beyond unprofessional. i dont know how that lady is a nurse of ma or whatever she is. lilly has no business being in a healthcare space
