Doctor Kovak and staff are professional and timely. Excellent work!
This is the second time I've been stuck without me medication. I'm done with them and it's probably for the best. I always walk out of there feeling like I just left a used car dealership.
Worst place ever! I had an appointment 4 times. They called me to reschedule. Gave me some BS excuses every time. And every time rescheduled for one to two months in advance. And then again called me back and told me they need to cancel! DO NOT GO HERE!
The doctor at this office is incredible, the office and scheduling staff on the other hand not so much. Constant appointment changes or over scheduling. These systemic issues need to be addressed So that patients What I dreamed was that I was that have jobs and also no reliable means of transportation don't have to change all of their plans every time they have an appointment that gets moved.
