I been seeing Dr. Mueller for 13 yrs. His the best always answer all my questions and even asks questions about other test I might have with other Dr's. Personal always ansmy calls within same day.
Great doctors and staff on hand. Very thorough work and professionally fast and friendly medical doctors
I’m sure Dr Whang is good but there is no communication between him and his staff. His staff takes forever to complete a task or even call you back. You’re on hold for 30 minutes for a simple question, which that could not even be explained or provided clearly. I worked for physicians before and I never experienced this kind of unorganization maybe because I was always on top of everything making sure the patients were well informed and had proper care. Great Dr! Knows his stuff but also as stated in previous reviews his office staff doesn’t! And often rude and short with patients on the phone. This miscommunication is seems to be a trend that seems to come as no surprise with other offices that deal with his office. Not entirely sure that he’s aware of just how bad the problem is. As stated in a previous review they place you on hold for long periods of time and often don’t call you back or mail you things you need and heard from others scheduling is a problem as well.
