Great staff, and experienced.
I left Dr. Shahbandi’s office today after the always arrogant and not professional receptionist with the Recliners sofa style eyelashes again act disrespectful when I was filling the assistance sheet and then with such an arrogance called me to make me fill the Patient paper work again after the # half a million visits. She is so rude and non professional maybe she needs to be rotated or just fired. Don't trust this office if they tell you they accept your insurance. Even if they ask for your Member ID. Made an appointment two weeks ago, took time off from work and drove out of my way for a 7:55 AM appointment only to find out they actually don't accept my insurance plan, and all they had to say was "Sorry, they should've told you that." I have a serious issue I need taken care of and this office just delayed my treatment even more. TLDR: Go through your insurance provider's website to see if they accept your plan. The ... read more
