The absolute worst. My husband has the misfortune to have to deal with them. I am in healthcare myself and couldn’t fathom my office behaving in this manner. The front desk staff was rude and acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. If you don’t like your job. QUIT. Where is the manager because you are not managing anything. Just look at your reviews. People have a choice in healthcare and I and my family are choosing to go elsewhere.
They cancelled my appointment twice now and rescheduled me without even speaking to me. I received notification through mychart of my cancellation and new appointment date, needless to say I have to schedule my time off I can't just up and come whenever they want me to so I won't be using summit urology anymore, they are wasting my time.
Dr Perzin is so kind and really cares especially when youre in pain. The front staff are helpful as well.
The staff is rude ignorant. They love to talk back to you and insult you. They have no respect for the patient.
Doctor Wargo can''t read. If you value your life, choose another doctor. In fact, another practice. Not sure how they still are able to practice with all the complaints. They can't keep staff. Patients have so many complaints about their care or lack of. Their billing is unusual-they bill for procedures not even performed. The reason for the extensive wait time is because they schedule 3-5 patients for the same doctor every 15 minutes.
