The wait to get an appointment was ridiculous. The wait in the office was awful. Office staff was not friendly or helpful. I wanted to see a doctor who was in three hours a week so i would need to wait months. Doctor I saw was very blase. No problem i can live not peeing. Eventually after first appointment decided to find another doctor.
They don’t take the insurance Fidelis insurance so the place for me is f not take it
Being in the medical field, the staff here gets an F. Poor bed side manner, long wait time > 1.5 hours. After waiting for so long , a young female calls me back , no introduction no explanation who she is , she tells me to follow her. We enter a room and says lift your shirt up and lay down. I had to ask what she was doing and why. Poor bed side manners from the US tech. After waiting another 20 minute s in waiting room, another female staff member calls me into a room, again no introduction or identifying herself. Asked me ... read more

Many missteps with scheduling and follow-up. No regard for the patient's time. Unacceptable!
