Being in the medical field, the staff here gets an F. Poor bed side manner, long wait time > 1.5 hours. After waiting for so long , a young female calls me back , no introduction no explanation who she is , she tells me to follow her. We enter a room and says lift your shirt up and lay down. I had to ask what she was doing and why. Poor bed side manners from the US tech.
