The place is like a factory waited every time I’ve been there over an hour not a good customer experience. Peers to be double or triple booked too many patients at one time.

I honestly should've read the comments before coming here. I was billed $123 to come in and make an appointment to drop off a stone. These parasites called it a consultation! lol ok... I guess a simple hi and bye counts as a consultation. " But you spoke to the doctor" ok and?! I gave the dweeb my name! that was the full extent of our conversation. It's been 3 days and multi phone calls, that continously get transfer to another line, which there is always a " leave a message, we will get back to you" well that never happened. Don't waste your time or insurance at a place that has no consideration for your health or time. I saw the doctor and he said make an appointment at the front, he also gave me a paper with the instructions to give the front desk referring I have ultrasound taken. Hoy visite el consultorio del Dr.Louis Galdieri médico Urólogo y la atención fue excelente al igual que todas las enfermeras, que son muy profesionales y atentas a mi hija le hicieron todos los exámenes en el mismo día. Agradezco a Dios por haberlos puesto a todos los profesionales en mi camino.
